

Please complete the form below. Your application for membership will be considered at the next meeting of the Executive, (refer to the events page for meeting dates). Notice of your acceptance/decline will be advised, and upon acceptance an invoice for your annual subscription, or part thereof, will be sent out to you. All nominators must be current financial members of the Association. If you do not have a nomination for your application, you will be contacted after your application has been received.
